Delivery information


Bear Face Industries Ltd maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The delivery charge will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or colour of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All packages to UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail. Your order will be sent within seven working days after it has been placed. We endeavour to ensure that your package reaches you in the shortest possible time.

The normal delivery time from when the package has been dispatched is:

  • United Kingdom within three working days
  • Western Europe within three working days
  • Eastern Europe within five working days
  • Rest of the world within seven working days*

*Rest of the world – we rely on postal services around the world, which means that unfortunately we can’t offer a guaranteed delivery time, and we can’t compensate for delays or missing Track & Trace information.

For UK deliveries that are too large for letterboxes and in the event that no one is at the address when Royal Mail makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and Royal Mail leaves with the package. Follow instructions on this note for redelivery or collection. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us and we will contact you within seven working days to make alternative arrangements.

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address when the order is placed. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. How much is the delivery charge?

We ship all over the world, and the delivery charge depends on your delivery address and the weight of your purchase. You can choose the most appropriate delivery option at the shopping cart / checkout.

Delivery outside of the UK

The products specified on this website are suitable and approved for use by customers within the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man). Customers who choose to purchase items for usage and distribution to locations outside the United Kingdom do so at their own risk and have a personal responsibility regarding compliance with local laws.

Customs Duties

If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom they may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once the items reach the specified destination. You, the customer, are responsible for any import duties incurred on your own purchases. have no prior warning on whether these charges may be incurred or what value they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs authorities may request personal information such as Social Security number when inspecting your parcel; failure to provide this information to Customs will result in the parcel being returned. In this instance, we are unable to refund the cost of postage and packaging.

Please note that for items you order through our Website you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the items are to be delivered. Please note that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. cannot guarantee that your goods will arrive in the same condition that they were dispatched should they be subject to inspection.
